Last week I promised a patient I will write some tips on healthy eating.
I like to keep things simple so this is what I do:
1) Eat frequent, small meals. … 2) Eat when I’m hungry, stop before I’m full.
3) Instead of white bread I eat the grainy variety.
4) I cheat a lot (I eat desserts, chocolate, whatever I want but in small quantities…sometimes big…)
5) Eat as much fruits and vegetables as I can.
6) Eat nuts.
7) Exercise. I know, nothing to do with food but it’s very important.See More
